If you take note prior to wearing the mask, typical sleep cycles show the ratio of 1 hour deep sleep to 3 hours light sleep. After wearing the mask, sometimes even the first night, the ratio reverses and becomes 3 hours deep sleep with only 1 hour light sleep. Try it and check your smart watch in the morning. However, it took two to three months sleeping with it every night to totally remove the wrinkles around my eyes. However, if you're referring to memory recollection, you'd have to ask my wife.
